能量耗散率评价及高温性能原位测试新技术与新设备

      工程材料在不同条件下的弹性与塑性可以简单地用硬度压痕的载荷位移曲线来确定。作为测试难点的高温环境下的材料性能评价也可以通过高温可视化原位试验得以实现。为了实现高温环境材料的物理性能评价,提出间接测试的相对法,配合原位试验机可解决常规方法难以解决的各种性能检测难题。本报告简介能耗散率及其高温性能评价新技术,以及材料压痕仪与高温可视化原位测试仪器和相应的测试方法。通过可视化高分辨摄像解决高温受力-变形和高温裂纹张开的非接触精密监测,对于陶瓷的烧结变形、高温弹性模量、陶瓷涂层热应力分析、高温硬度、高温能量耗散等高温性能的分析和直观了解具有重要实用价值。

The material performance under high temperature environment is very important for the reliability and durability of service components, and tests in-situ is a difficult in the field of high temperature. In order to evaluate the physical properties of materials in high temperature environment, a relative method of indirect testing is proposed. With the help of in-situ testing machine, various testing problems that are difficult by conventional methods can be solved. This report introduces the relative method and an evaluation technology for high-temperature performance, as well as the high-temperature visual in-situ tester. The non-contact precision monitoring of stress-deformation and crack opening at high temperature can be realized by visualized high-resolution camera, which has important practical value for the analysis and master of high temperature properties such as ceramic sintering deformation, high-temperature elastic modulus, thermal stress analysis of ceramic coating, high-temperature hardness, high-temperature energy dissipation etc.

      包亦望教授是国检集团首席科学家,硅酸盐学会测试技术分会理事长,工业陶瓷标准化技术委员会副主任委员。1982年本科毕业,1990年获博士学位;1995获德国洪堡学者;2000年享受国务院政府津贴;2003年获全国留学回国人员成就奖;2013年全国优秀科技工作者;2015年全国劳模。

      长期从事陶瓷、玻璃及其陶瓷基复合材料性能评价与脆性器件失效分析研究。发表学术论文数百篇,其中SCI收入132篇,EI收入200余篇。出版专著3部。授权专利110余项。共11项创新技术被制订为ISO标准,2018获中国标准创新贡献一等奖(第一名)。系列成果分别于1995年(第二名)、2014年(第一名)、2017年(第一名),三次获国家科技进步二等奖。

Bao Yiwang, Chief Scientist of CTC; Chairman of Testing Technology Branch of Ceramic Society, Vice director of Technical Committee for Standardization of Industrial Ceramics. He graduated from the Wuhan university of technology in 1982 and obtained a doctor's degree in 1990.

Prof. Bao was awarded German Humboldt fellowship in 1994, "National Outstanding Youth” and "Hundred Talents Plan" by the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001. He won the titles of National Excellent Scientific and Technological Worker in 2013, and National model workers in 2015.

He has been engaged in the performance evaluation of ceramics, glass and their ceramic matrix composites and the failure analysis of brittle devices for long time. He has published hundreds of academic papers including 132 papers cited by SCI and more than 200 papers by El More than 110 patents were granted Over ten innovative technologies were formulated as ISO standards and he won the first prize of China Standard Innovation Contribution Award in 2018. Series of achievements won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award respectively in 1995, 2014 and 2017.
